TeJay Rogers is a Musician/Instructor. TeJay is well rounded in many guitar styles ranging from Rock, Blues, Blue Grass, Classical and more. TeJay was first drawn to guitar when his grandmother handed him a guitar and said “If you learn to play it, you can keep it.” That simple act opened up a whole new world for TeJay, which led to his pursuit for a musical career.

While TeJay’s passion for jamming with friends and writing songs has grown, TeJay has also found a passion for teaching. TeJay has been playing guitar for 13 years and teaching for 3. For the past 3 years TeJay has been studying theory and refining his own “teaching time line”. His approach has helped beginner and advanced guitarist gain a greater understanding and appreciation of music theory and history, while simultaneously helping them pursue the genre or style they desire.

TeJay believes that music should be considered a language, and hopes to spend a lifetime helping others better express themselves through it and maybe inspire them through his own musical expression. “Studying and playing music will make you sharp in all aspects of life, even outside of music.”  (TeJay Rogers)
