Trevor Eyre has 16 years of experience in piano performance.  He has studied under such prestigious teachers as Boise State University’s Del Parkinson and Arts West’s own Justin Nielsen.  His studies have encompassed a variety of genres and styles, including classical, jazz, and contemporary music.
Trevor, who specializes in jazz and contemporary piano, has performed in a number of small jazz ensembles, including Borah High’s Squids, under the direction of Ted Totorica, and the Idaho Jazz Society High School Combo.  He has performed in many different venues as a solo jazz pianist and in small jazz combos.  Some of these venues include the Gene Harris Jazz Festival, and the Sun Valley Jazz Festival, to name just two. Trevor’s enthusiasm for music and relaxed, easy-going teaching style make studying music a stimulating and fun experience, for both student and teacher.
